3. Commercial Ownership & AI Generated Content Rights

Subject to payment of applicable subscription fees:

• Full Monetization Rights: You may monetize all generated videos on YouTube (YouTube Partner Program), TikTok Creator Rewards Program, Instagram Reels Bonuses, and Facebook.
• Client Distribution: You may sell, license, or transfer videos generated through your account to your clients, agencies, or external businesses.
• No Royalty Claims: FacelessShorts claims no royalties, equity, or revenue share from views or earnings generated by your published videos.

4. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to use FacelessShorts to generate or publish:

• Defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, obscene, or hateful content.
• Misinformation intended to cause public panic, electoral disruption, or medical harm.
• Content violating third-party intellectual property or copyright laws.
• Automated spam or platform abuse that violates YouTube, TikTok, or Meta spam policies.

5. Subscriptions, Credits & Billing

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle (monthly or annually) until canceled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time in your Billing Settings. You will retain access until the end of your prepaid billing period.
• Monthly Credit Allocations: Video generation credits reset at each monthly renewal and do not roll over across unpaid billing cycles.
• Refund Policy: Due to substantial cloud compute costs (GPU rendering and AI inference), refunds are granted at our discretion if requested within 7 days of initial purchase with minimal credit consumption.
