By accessing or using FacelessShorts ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Commercial Ownership & AI Licensing

Users on active paid subscription plans retain 100% full commercial rights to publish, monetize, and distribute all videos, scripts, audio narrations, and subtitle assets created through the platform.

You may monetize generated videos on YouTube Shorts (YPP), TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
You may create and sell video assets to clients and third-party brands.
You agree not to use the service to generate hate speech, harassment, or illegal content.

3. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time with immediate effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Limitation of Liability

FacelessShorts provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for account suspensions or content moderation decisions enacted by third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Meta).
